Whereas a variety of trespass have been committed upon the Lands of the subscribers at Dartmouth, more particularly by what are called Brooming parties (notwithstanding a special order to the contrary from Admiral Sir John B Warren;) We hereby give notice that we shall prosecute without distinction all persons concerned in committing or directing the committing such trespasses in the future.
