[Not sure if this is the ‘Irish Town’ in Dartmouth, or perhaps another such designation in Halifax]

And possession given the first of May next

That dwelling house and premises adjoining Mr. Edward Pryor, in Irish Town. The dwelling house is in good order. There is a stable, a never failing well of water, and an excellent garden, with some choice fruit trees. Any person wishing to hire or view the premises will apply to the subscriber. W. K. Reynolds.
