Land at Dartmouth
For Sale, about twenty acres of excellent LAND, situated about one mile from Skerry’s Ferry, eight acres of which are now under cultivation, two of which were under the plough the last year. There is on the place a good house and barn; the house contains 4 rooms, two of which are finished; the garden contains upwards of 30 fruit trees, it bore fruit the last year, there is a never failing brook of water runs through the land. There is also sufficient wood on part of the above land to last a family for many years. Also, about forty loads of manure now on the place may be had, if the purchaser wishes.
Also, about 50 acres of land bounded on the Dartmouth Lake, may be had on reasonable terms. The whole will be sold low for Cash, or a short credit. For further particulars, apply to Henry Kaler, on the premises. Dartmouth, Feb 8th 1817.
