An Act to amend chapter 17 of the Acts of 1873, entitled, An Act to incorporate the town of Dartmouth.

Section 1.–Section 37, chapter 17, Acts of 1873, amended.

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

Section 37, chap. 17, Acts of 1873, amended:
1. Section 37 of chapter 17, of the Acts of 1873, entitled An Act to incorporate the town of Dartmouth, is hereby amended, by inserting after the words “Herbert’s Brook” in the fourth line of said section, the words “and the district lying between the eastern boundary of the town and the western boundaries of the Cole Harbour and Preston school sections.”
